●        Previous Minutes: Approved with minor corrections.

●        Lease & Fencing: Ogston lease signed. Fencing may receive funding.

●        Finance: Balanced 2025 budget presented. Shooting budget to be reviewed.

●        Handbook Rules: Course lake rules being unified.

●        Shooting/ Predator control. Disparity of shooting effort between venues, Need better geographic spread and more volunteers. Moved under Mark Henderson. No mileage payments, cartridges only.

●        Treasurer Role: Interviews set for 12 May. Remuneration panel to follow.

●        Site Supervision: Ongoing EA reviews. Memorial board at Willington done.

●        AOB: River Trent remains coarse-only. Volunteer and legal compliance matters noted.
